From the moment I discovered Jujitsu at the age of 8 years old, my love for fitness became a part of who I am. As I grew up, I not only competed in Full contact martial arts tournaments but also delved into health sciences studies. Armed with a Bachelor of Human Movement, a Bachelor of Education, certification as a registered Nutritionist, a Third Dan black belt in Ju Jitsu, certificate III & IV in personal training, and various outdoor adventure certifications, I embarked on a mission to empower others.
For ten years, I had the privilege of teaching Nutrition to high school students. This experience equipped me with a deep understanding of education and its role in shaping healthy lives. Alongside my teaching, I also contributed to individual fitness achievements, instructed self-defense Jujitsu, and shared the exhilaration of outdoor survival and leadership. My dedication to the well-being of others grew even stronger through volunteering in surf-life saving.
However, it was during my own challenging spinal injury and 12 month rehabilitation journey that I learned a profound truth: change is inevitable. Whether triggered by injury, illness, or the passage of time, our success is tied to our ability to adapt. This insight has led me to embrace a holistic approach to health and wellness, nurturing the synergy between my Spirit (faith), body, and mind.
Join me on a transformative journey towards a life that's balanced and vibrant. Working side by side, we'll embrace your aspirations and the necessary steps for your health journey.
